Remember: you have -15% missile cooldown and 20% missile range, which means you will fire it once every 4 seconds and with a max range of 660 meters pre-nodeskills. Not that bad, if we don't consider spread.
I've just finished testing it. You can only engage anything bigger than a medium, so if you find a light mech that is willing to brawl, you are screwed if you are solo. Otherwise... I managed to get 700 meter range taking all the range on the left side of the skill tree. I ran this build on the new loyalty urbanmech with lots of success but with the range quirk, the Huginn is just a bit more dangerous. Too bad the armor quirks aren't as good as the urbie.
