Hi! After building 3 solid DWF´s I had some leftovers like the DWF-S CT with the unlovely missle slot, so I builded this little beauty more out of necessity, but it works quit well. Ammunition distribution could be change but normaly the people will blast of your ST and not the arm, so it´s no issue to place 40 of the 50 gauss ammo into the arm.
Problem with AC (at least when you change the gauss against AC´s 20) is that they need more slots (and you can´t place LBX 20 in side torso) so you´ll have less slots to spend for other things like more weapons or HS. You could upgrade the 5x cSPL to 4x cMPL with 2x CUAC20 and 3x cSRM6, in that way the max dmg would go up by 12 pts but your cool effi. goes down from 38% to 25% https://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab#i=261&l=09ed68215e75a3c3fbc7db01174df22fbd15e361
Also the range would be much better and for a mech that is so slow it does matter, but heat is too high to brawl properly, I think the right compromise is : Still very hot, but manageable, and still good at range with the dual gauss.
