    For scout mode only. From now on, read this thread like a '90s commercial

    Did you ever wanted to try out a 2xLBX20 on a IS medium mech without using a derp low rated STD engine? Did you ever wondered how does it feel to have 6xcSRM6 but on a sturdy and reliable IS build that have sturdier side torsoes than your CT? Look no further! I have the IS solution do your high-alfa strike damage issues!

    Presenting you the 80 damage alfa strike Murmydon, this IS the final word in medium mech's alfa strikes, both and medium and close range!

    You simply don't care! With your almighty 80 damage alfastrike, anything you hit will explode under your massive barrage! Do they torso twist? They better have not something mounted on that arm... Are they brawlers? They better be prepared for a MRM80 face hugger!
    Ahahah! Don't forget you have a 20% missile heat generation quirk! The ghost heat from an alfa strike is still manageable and can be used at point blank range on any easy picking sweet spot, for example to punish a overheated mech. You can also use coolshots for those non-stop pwning moments (coolshots not included in the package)
    Don't forget that 3xSRM6 deals the same amount of damage for even more heat! [12.9 x 3 = 39.7 vs 40 || 3x4=12 vs 11.5 ... Everything pre-quirk and pre-skills]
    No, you won't: thanks to the 20% cooldown quirk, you will reload your MRM40 in just 3.8 seconds, which is even faster than a standard non-quirked SRM6! This bonus cooldown with the 20% heat generation means that you can fire an MRM40 like a 3xSRM6 pack while keeping yourselves even more cooler :cool:
    Hell no: don't forget about spread and the fact that 3xSRM6 weights -3 tons compared to a MRM40. Plus, you can't fit artemis! Only with this chassis and variant! Don't trust other builds or brands!

    This is the only original and inimitable TBT-7M Murmydon !
    Don't also forget to check out the faster version!

    [ALT: Drop 0.5 ton of ammo for an increase in engine performance. Maxed ammo skill is mandatory]

    Quickplay ALT:

    Quickplay version features 4 ton of ammo (20 alpha strikes) and an XL255. You can drop 0.5 ton of ammo for XL265 or a JJ

    This build is a worthwhile S7 division 5 contender. Try it out before PGI nerf MRMs!

    Solaris ver. needs light engine. Meta Rifleman will blow up that side torso super fast.

    XL engine is always better for 2 reasons:
    1. CT is huge, like king crab huge
    2. Side torsoes are so quirked they will achieve a higher HP count compared to CT, plus they are significantly smaller and harder to hit.
    XL engine is really a safe bet: I can't recall for real a single instance where I died of side torso destruction using a trebuchet.
