Boating becomes defined differently and preforms a different function because of the design of the game's mechanics, and is reflected in lore as being specialized and unfavored compared to load-outs considered laughable or impractical (for cost reasons, both outright C-Bill in lore and Battle Value in TT).

Exactly. But as we all can see MWO is not Lore-compliant, it can't be because due to the implemented game mechanic players favor different things than in Lore. This leads to balancing challenges

What? I'm using Firefox and the site works fine for me.

Disabled pop-up blockers and plug-ins like Ad-Block Plus (because I want this site to get ad revenue if I'm on, you guys don't use the obnoxious noisy/expanding ads), but still have to manually do a lot of navigation through opening links in new tabs and was having trouble with updating/saving password and logging in.

Trying to figure out which settings in Firefox were causing problems was not nearly as simple as simply switching to Chrome browser (already installed, already like it, use it for some purposes anyway even though Firefox is my default).
