Warhammer + JJ + range quirk + PPC velocity ==> poptart
It seems good on paper, plus hardpoints should be quite high and close together with little convergence issues.

 

Twin HPPC is boss on this! I went for 5xSL + 4xJJ + TC1:

(I think any combo of ML or SL will work nicely with the dual HPPC.)
