Ran my SNV-1 with 6 ER Larges, an XL315, a single JJ, and a whole lot of Double Heatsinks. This is my first 1k damage too! :O I chainfired my lazors 2 at a time and it feels great to use, but I still haven't gotten any skills yet.
Came back to the SuperNova Builds with the new tech. Played around with dual HeavyLarge and 2 ERMed with the PPC and ERLarge but ran too hot. Ghost heat when I got carried away from firing all three large. The ERMed pairs nice with HeavyLarge range and I run that pairing on a lot of builds. Just set my personal record. Using 48 ATMs, 3 mpl and a tag, 2 cool shots no arty/airstrike 1611 damage, lucked out on Polar Highlands. Lots of heavy targets, and getting that 3x damage multiplier!
Hey. Nice to see someone using exactly same build as I do. Well I had no coolshots. Fun to just melt mechs when in just the right range. Pretty good considering havent played this for while --> took me ½ match to remember how to manage heat & to shut down laser ams. Also considering that for most of time I suck on assaults.
