No ghost heat on any of the weapons. Flamers are to help shut Mechs down to make them easier to hit or to lower their DPS. This thing absolutely melts lights.
Bump. Actually though, two things: If you're gonna run Flamers, I'd replace the ERSLs with HSLs. If you get a 'Mech to shut down, 6xHSL is 39 damage, which is enough to headshot any 'Mech, even if they have maximum Head armor and maximum Survival skills. And if you're hitting them with Flamers, you're close enough that the low range of the HSLs won't even matter. Otherwise, you could obviously replace the Flamers with a couple more ERSLs, and fire in two groups. The increased "alpha" might come in handy, though it means worse heat efficiency, and longer face-tanking. Just a note worth making.
