On the one hand I'd love to have the mobility of putting these in an arm and then just dead siding. However, there's just not enough armor to make sure you keep your arm and don't become a stick. The ST points are nice and high though.
Better to do it here than on the 2, since you have the structure bonus. I used to run this on the ACH, swapped to 1 HLL 5 HSL after realizing my laser uptime was so shite with two since it runs a lot hotter than the heat efficiency stats suggest. That said, very dirty and very effective build. I can always vouch for 2 HLL on a light mech.
