KDK-1 is a weird mech. The hardpoints don't give you many really good options. Here is a fun weird loadout: _ 40 points of dakka (with double tap) 40 points of LRM 40 points of laser burn. 3x40. UAC20's and HML's actually pair decently well together. The LRM's are there because you have terrible mobility, so if you don't have line of sight at least you can maybe throw some rain up. 2 SRM's or SSRM's really aren't going to do much. And the Kodiak's mobility is pretty terrible for deploying ATM's. LRM40 ain't great, but its something.
