Inspired by the Highlander. The name is a bit misleading, being that the 4SP has no hunch, but it was either that or Highback, which also suggests a hunch. The point is that this build uses primarily it's PPCs(or ERPPCs, if you prefer) to deal damage, and uses it's entire left arm and side torso as a shield. Anyone familiar with playing the standard HGNs will feel right at home. Of course, the 4SP lacks JJs as well, so you can't jump snipe, but that's not really the point(which is why I went with the regular range PPCs for the title build). You goal is to stay at stand off range(preferably near your team's Heavies/Assaults, especially because you can't keep up with most Mediums in this), and pelt the enemy with the PPCs every 4 seconds, turning to soak damage. After your shield is gone, you can start turning the other direction, and use your right side as a shield, finally ending the game biting your opponents with your head laser, until the game is over or your Hunchback is a steaming pile of refuse.
