After a lot of time enjoying the builds of the site i have the opportunity of posting a good build that has not been here for ages. 4xLPlas for maximum wubbiness in a quite mobile & cool platform. It does a good use of the mech quirks: over 10% In range, cooldown & heat generation In energy weapons. Simply add cooldown and range module and you are ready to start wubbing. How to play the build: You are a xl cata so try to stay In second line or you will be dead very soon. Try to stick with another heavy or assault to draw less attention on yourself and start firing. Use your torso lasers to peek over the ridges and your arms lasers to get some legs away from the light mechs. But remember, don't stay for a long time under fire. If someone targets you, try to get cover. Your side torsi are like big damage magnets so be careful. I have much success chainfiring the lplas against not very fast targets. People tend to escape when they are under continous pulse laser fire. Besides, the heat is more manageable this way. One last advice, do not alpha unless you are on resting heat and have a kill chance. The ghost heat is killer In this build... 500-600 damage average with 2-3 kills and a LOT of components blown up.
