I felt like even with 2 streaks I was too weak against other lights (3L Cravens), so I went for a striker role that can put some hit-and-run hurt on larger mechs. Burns through SRM ammo quickly, so pick your shots.
With the recent internal engine rework and a previous ammo buff patch, this is one of the builds that should be reconsidered: despite being slow, it should pack a very good punch and apply damage decently even against fast targets.
