Maximum quirk usage, stick to mid-long range. Set each arm of PPC's to it's own button, and fire in bursts of 3(basic skills/hot map) to 4(elited skills/cold map) shots from cover, then hide while you cooldown super quickly with your 28 DHS. NEVER alpha unless in dire(star*) circumstances.

You can potentially reduce some armour and put a TC1 on, or replace one of the heatsinks. I think with a pure ERPPC build that max armour + DHS is the best choice, even if it seems like its overly simple/boring.

*I'm proud of that one... No really that was beautiful.

    5/5,
Best used with a "vanilla" WHK-Prime for the best quirks (-4% heat gen, +20% projectile speed)

Also, you can shave some armor from the legs for a TC2 and enjoy a even better projectile speed.

    5/5,
I've seen people running these and had to try it. It is a fun mech to play! I went with the TC 2 version. Definitely requires skilled positioning and accuracy to get a good game. Most satisfying thing is blowing a leg or side torso off a light with one of your PPC punches :D . Just don't try to brawl with anything.

I went for max velocity on the skill tree:

  5. A little more armor shaving to fit TC3.
