So hot and cumbersome to use, but fun. Trade off for cooling-speed-ammo. Cooler, less lasers. 2x MRM30s would be a much more reasonable way to play this mech.
The last build is pretty good, thiough you could dump the torso weapons for another ton of ammo and a DHS. makes it pretty viable imo
I was looking at 4x ERML 2x MRM40 with ecm, but I was thinking about using Archer Tempest. I agree. Some extra ammo and cooling would be great.
It's been a while, but I ran a build like this. I ran small lasers and a smaller engine, but more ammo: I can't at this time remember if I used small lasers or ER small lasers. Obviously in this build, you're much more reliant on your MRMs because of the range limitations of your lasers. The lasers are mostly there as backup weapons, and since the build has 7 tons of ammo, they're not needed very often even for that. I remember a Rubellite Oasis game where my ECM allowed me to sneak into the enemy base while the battle was otherwise getting started. Needless to say I was tearing it up for a minute. They had to break off half the team to go rescue the base in time, and the half who stayed behind got murdered by my other 11 teammates. We won that match handily, although I didn't personally survive half their team coming after me.
Came here to share my ECM Stalker build. Frankly, it's not different enough from this one to deserve it's own thread. Less alpha, more sustainability.
I can lead a push in the Stalker and keep brawling because of the better armour, the 6 more DHS and the AMS cover for when they finally achieve a lock. It's an interesting fit, though. If I ever purchase one I'll take it under advisement thanks.
It’s got armor quirks, so it should be similar in armor, and with better mobility you can twist and get out of situation faster, making it more forgiving, especially in a nascar
