  1. +10% range quirk with range skills give you optimal hits over 1000 meters. TC7 gives 35% velocity bump which helps offset the lack of velocity quirks.

    2x PPCs on a heavy seems a bit light on firepower, but this might work for you for FP or open maps.

    It does seem light on firepower. 7 tons for a TC is a pretty big investment.

    For PPC's on the Sunspider, I'd do:

    SNS-B 2xERPPC 1xUAC10 set of 8
    SNS-B 2xERPPC 1xUAC10 ECM
    MANUL 3xERPPC, TC1, CLAP set of 8
    MANUL 3xERPPC TC1, ECM

    The Manul builds have enough cooling skilled up that you can alpha the 3xERPPC's without shutting down. Staggering fire is better for more DPS, obviously.

    For Faction Play extreme range fights, probably the Manul set of 8 build with max 15% range nodes + velocity nodes would be best.
