There is no need to say anything, really. The C4 variant is more than able to do its work from stock. i only changed some few things to get more armor just to be sure.
Have a like! 40LRMs, especially with ++ or better stab damage will put even the biggest mechs into unsteady range in one volley. I used a very similar Catapult, minus the JJs and adding 2 ML and 1 HS. That HS allows the 40LRMs to fire constantly without heat management (the MLs ruin that, if you get close enough). Some maps really want those JJs, but I rarely find them needed on an LRM carrier.
