    This is NOT a brawler. This mech is hot and it should be played as a 2nd line (or second wave) mech. It is capable of soften up or finish off enemy mechs at medium range thanks to a very nice pinpoint damage provided by both your UAC and cMPL, while your SRM-6 should be used when anything get closer than 270-300 meters.

    Using other words, the basic concept is to keep your distance at 350-400 meters (depending on medium pulse optimal range) and try to avoid SRM range, where true brawlers will probably wreck you if you can't focus or popup components quickly or properly. Since this mech is not very fast and is hot, you should never push alone, but play it properly with your team and you can wreck enemies pretty fast.

    ALT1: downgraded SRMs to SRM4 for improved cooling. Not tested yet.


    ALT2: removed TC1, removed 1 ton of SRM ammo, removed some heatsinks and upgraded UAC10 to UAC20, shaved some armor and slight upgrade to egine from 340 to 345 (finally 80 km/h!). This build is really hot, but it can melt faces if your double tap of UAC20 is successful and if you are capable of maintaining that 350 meters range.

    Here's a wacky alt with ... no SRMs! What about bumping up the ammo, DHS's, maxing engine size, and just tearing $hit up from second line? Still an alpha of 66 with the double tap.

    That’s quite a different idea, with the 20 not having as much range to skirmish, should be a build of its own IMHO
