Replacing maximum firepower with mobility to build something perhaps more capable at long range AC2 boating then the IS rifleman? Compared, this has a JJ and a more speed (and MG's for backup instead of lasers), but also that big honking CT hitbox. An interesting thing about this variant is its higher engine cap, almost like it's meant to be a versatile direct competitor to, say, a RFL-3N. _ And actually, since you can't access the RLF-IIC in the store since it's not for sale yet, you can still test it with an import code. Aside from the extra vulnerability of that stupid dish head and the dumb extra-long arms, after testing this, I think it's superior in every way to a similar build on the IS Rifleman or Jager.
