This build will work only if already fully skilled. Do not even think about using this build without the recommended skill tree. _ This build will work only one way: poke out and hold both triggers on a single target. Try to not face more than one target at a time, so you are sure to be winning the trade. Once heat will be around 2/3rd, start considering moving back to cover. Once back in cover, wait for heat to drop to zero and repeat. DO NOT leave cover with more than 25% heat: this build works as a very strong burst DPS machine, so do not poke like you would with a vomit laser / gauss build. The reason I'm using LRMs instead of MRM is due to the different projectile speed and the homing ability of LRMs: even if you are tracking a target for your RAC bullets, you can hold a lock and hit with the LRMs (no DPS wasted!) Recommended skill tree: max heat gen, max range, max ammo, max spread, max UAC/RAC jam, get most armor, max coolrun, max heat containment (yes, you poke ONCE in a while, so you need it). I like it. I've made some modifications to make this squishy-ST'd beast a little safer (LFE vs XL), removed a LRM10, added a BAP and ammo, and moved stuff around. I'm going to build by MAL-1R(R) with this. Nice LRM quirks. Adding a TAG and syncing it with all weapon groups really helps the LRM's too since you're centered and focusing on a target anyway. Great DPS, and the heat's not as terrible as the numbers show. _
